Or maybe you find yourself pining for chocolate or another type of food that you can’t imagine living without, and yet feel conflicted about eating it because you are losing weight.
Most of us have been here before, and when these thoughts strike it’s easy to go back to diet mentality. We have been on so many diets before that have restricted us and made us feel deprived, so it’s hard to imaging being able to eat chocoalte AND lose weight still. But it is possible!

- how to counteract overeating with a planned joy eat
- how to do a joy eat, and
- how to use any overeating during a joy eat as an opportunity to understand your relationship with food and how you can do it differently next time.
