So many of us yo-yo dieters have suffered with patterns of overeating for years. We have been trained by the diet industry and media to be continually searching for the right eating plan, the right regime to get healthy.

We have been taught that we are undisciplined if we have cravings that we can’t control, and that we just need more will power.

This continual search outside of myself kept me in the cycle of yo-yo dieting for decades, and ultimately ended in feeling hopeless and like there was something wrong with me.

What I’ve come to realise now is that I had many unconscious eating patterns that just didn’t serve me. Patterns and habits that could be changed once I had the awareness and could shine a light on them.
