You’ll hear about how I’ve been a yo-yo dieter most of my life, and how the endless struggle of regaining and losing THE SAME WEIGHT was exhausting.

I’m also sharing how it’s still strange for me to consider myself as a weight loss coach given that I have struggled with weight for so long, and how it’s time for us to ditch the black and white ‘calories in, calories out’ thinking and really explore what’s going on in our brain.

After all, we are smart women and we know what do to – the problem is that for some reason, we’re not doing it.
